Red Nose Day 2017

March 27, 2017 1:29 pm

Students and staff raised a fantastic total of £1056.00 for Red Nose Day this year.

During break times on the day, there were cake sales and students could also donate money to take part in fun challenges with the chance to win Nandos vouchers.

There was a penalty shoot-out, a Cracker Challenge involving eating crackers as quickly as possible and a ‘Chubby Bunny’ challenge. The latter entailed students trying to fit as many marshmallows into their mouths as possible without eating them. The winning time for the cracker challenge was 1 minute 21 seconds and the top ‘bunny’ managed to fit 23 marshmallows into his cheeks!

Students also had the option of wearing ‘Red Non-Uniform’ on the day.
