Student leadership at Ellis Guilford

We provide our students with daily opportunities to take on leadership roles. These range from being Head Boy / Girl through to helping to lead learning in classrooms every hour of the day.

In July 2012, we appointed the first Head Boy and Head Girl to the school. These Year 11 students are supported every day by a team of senior prefects. In addition, each senior prefect has a team of prefects who work with them in and around the school on specific days. This group of students work alongside other students and year groups, with a pair of senior prefects linked to each year group. These links help run and organise the individual year committees as well as working to help organise fundraising events.
