Applying for a Place at Ellis GuilfordWe are very proud of our school, our students, our staff and the wide community that we serve. We work hard to provide a personalised learning experience for every young person in our school community. Ellis Guilford is ranked in the top 3% of secondary schools in England for the progress that students make from Year 7 to Year 11.
In addition to our rigorous academic timetable, the school offers a wide range of cultural, sporting and enrichment activities. These are also offered to adults through our Adult Education Programme and Community Sports Programme.
The school enjoys excellent facilities and is part of the Building Schools for The Future initiative which will release a further £12 million for new School buildings at Ellis Guilford, due for completion in 2011/2.
To apply for a place at Ellis Guilford please contact the Nottigham City Council School Admissions Department. If you would like to visit the school, please contact us.
If you have applied for a place for your child in Year 7 starting in September 2011, you will be contacted by Nottingham City Council School Admissions Department early in March 2011. We will then write to parents of children who have been successful in getting a place at Ellis Guilford to tell you about our transition programme, and give you an opportunity to meet key staff, ask any questions, and start to get to know the school.
We look forward to meeting you.
